Project Coordinator – Immediate Start

Temporary Project Coordinator required for an immediate start for a Blackrock company.

This company manages projects for retail fit outs around the world and in Ireland.
A 2nd language could be usefuly..

Duties:

  • To provide Administrative support to team
  • Creation of project documentation such as – scope of works, timescale plan, health and safety records, drawings, letters of appointment, statements of completion
  • Manage version control of all project orientated documentation
  • Process project deliverables
  • Update and maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Daily team updates on active projects
  • Maintain the project management database
  • Regular updates to the team on pending , in progress projects
  • Assist in delivering projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve the required margin
  • Support in producing proposals and bids for clients
  • To arrange and coordinate meeting, including agendas and capturing the meeting notes and next steps

Key Competencies:

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to see through the detail to the key underlying issues
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and show initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in a 2nd language is an advantage
  • Min 1-2yrs experience of working in a project environment.
  • Strong computer skills
