Events Specialist

A professional services company based in Dublin City Centre is seeking to hire an events specialist. The primary aim of this role is to organise and manage the company’s core annual events and a variety of one off events throughout the year.

Key responsibilities of the events specialist:

  • Plan out events in line with company and client specifications
  • Ensure budgets are forecasted accurately and met for each event
  • Target and engage appropriate and relevant clients for each event
  • Research venues, negotiate costs and liaise with suppliers and providers to organise successful events within specific time frames
