The successful candidate will need to be a strong team player and will report directly to the Research Director.
The ideal candidate will be a business or marketing graduate, with a relevant degree in marketing, market research or business and 3-4 years’ quantitative and/or qualitative market research experience in a market research role in agency or as client. In addition you will need to display excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be a creative thinker and problem solver who can work on multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

SEARCH MARKETING EXECUTIVE, Dublin City Centre.

Our client, one of Ireland’s best known online companies, who like to have fun as well as work hard and provide an excellent level of service to their clients, have recently won several new accounts and they require a Search Marketing Executive to join their busy Search Management Team.
The role
• Directly manage PPC campaigns for clients
• Optimize PPC campaigns on all major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
• Work with internal sales team to ensure the correct keywords are used & client objectives are measured & reached
• Examine existing keywords for PPC search campaigns making them more specific
• Ensure that PPC optimisation is efficient and maintain a healthy CTR, CPC and CPA
• Monthly monitoring of competitors’ online campaigns.
• Develop briefs in conjunction with the client account managers
• Devise and maintain multiple online marketing campaigns.
• Ad Hoc Data Mining to backup online campaigns.
• Ensure the internal account managers are provided with regular reports and updates
• Take ownership of specific tasks as necessary within a search engine or analytical arena.
• Occasionally take part to meetings with clients or search engine professionals Skills/Knowledge required:
• Minimum 6 months experience running PPC campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords Editor and Yahoo Panama a distinct advantage
• SEO experience a plus (link building, social media optimisation, content management, blogging, etc.)
• Recognised 3rd level qualification
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Marketing and advertising knowledge is desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Take executive responsibility for managing a set of client accounts including planning, co-ordination, implementation and reporting;
